Common questions
- The app asks for an invite. Gradiera films only for a crew. An organizer sends each person their own link; open it on the phone that will film. A link works once and expires after a week, so ask the organizer for a new one if it no longer opens.
- Camera and microphone are off. Allow both for Gradiera in the phone's Settings, then return to the app.
- Where is my recording? When the camera stops, the recording moves to Photos on iPhone and to Movies › Gradiera on Android.
- Streaming without sound. Tap the microphone button next to the camera label; it turns amber while the sound is off, and you can turn it back on mid-broadcast.
- Viewers cannot see the picture. Check that the camera shows LIVE rather than CONNECTING. On a weak connection the phone keeps recording and reconnects on its own.
