Gradiera camera app
Delete your crew membership and data
Gradiera has no self sign-up: an organizer invites each crew member by name, and the invite on your phone makes you a member of that organizer's crew. Here is how that membership and its data are deleted.
How to ask
- Ask your organizer. An organizer or the admin removes a crew member in one click, and the removal works at once.
- Or write to us at hello@gradiera.com from any address, with your name as the organizer typed it and the organization you film for. We delete within 7 days and reply when it is done.
- Leave in the app forgets the membership on that phone only; it does not delete anything on our server.
What is deleted
- Your name as the organizer typed it, your role and who invited you.
- Your phone's install identifier, a random code the app made, and the record of which camera you filmed with.
What is kept, and for how long
- Recordings on your phone stay in Photos or Movies until you delete them there; we never had them.
- Replays cut from a broadcast are deleted automatically 48 hours after the moment, or sooner when an organizer removes one.
- Broadcast titles, team names and score logs belong to the organizer and stay until the organizer deletes the broadcast or asks us to. They never contain your name.
- Server logs with an IP address and session time stay until the server is next updated, which can be several weeks.
Delete only part of it
Write to hello@gradiera.com to delete only part of this, for example a broadcast's replays, while staying in the crew.
